The vast living room welcomes guests with sofas and comfortable armchairs, close to the indoor dining room which features a lovely round table and wrought iron chairs for five people on a terracotta colored tile floor. A television room is also available for delightful movie nights. The Provencal-inspired decoration creates a relaxing and restful ambience. All is warm, in front of the large openings onto the magic of St-Barths and the lush vegetation. The fully-equipped kitchen adjoins this space and opens onto both sides, making it possible to chat and socialize while cooking.
At the front on the terrace, there is a beautiful heated infinity swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs on a teak floor. Under the covered area, guests can enjoy meals al fresco around the outdoor dining area, or read and sip a cocktail in the comfy lounge. A summer kitchen with a bar and an ice maker is available to prepare drinks or snacks to be enjoyed in the mild island air. The outdoor shower is also a great place to cool off at any time. Finally, there is a charming space with seating, the perfect setup to admire the fantastic view over the sparkling ocean.
The vacation rental L'ABRI COTIER is composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of them have king size beds and open onto a small terrace. A third room is available upon request; it is located on the lower level and has a queen size bed. The decor is cozy, with hints of weathered wood and colors.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year-Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the amount of the rent must be paid by the client, within a maximum of 3 working days following the payment request made by the Agency.
The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
