CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

- Check-in time: after 3 PM

- Check-out time: before 11AM

Failure to check out by noon will result in an extra night rental charge.

Your arrival and departure details must be submitted to us as soon as you have confirmed your booking .

RATES

All rates are given in $US and do not include Tourism lodging tax (5%) and Administrative Fee of (5%).

All rates my be subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 30 % is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.

The full payment is required if the inquiry is made less than sixty (60) days before arrival.

No contract with us exists until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking.

All prices are subject to change without notice prior to the receipt of the deposit.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

The balance of the payment must be paid at least sixty (60) days before your arrival.

If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

It is agreed between us that IF you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking,

or IF the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following:

- 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival 30%.

- 59 days or less prior to scheduled arrival 100%.

Cancellations must be received in writing by MY VILLA IN ST BARTH REAL ESTATE.

No-shows, late arrivals, changes in number of people in your group after arrival, and early departures are all non-refundable.

It is strongly advised that you subscribe your own trip cancellation insurance policy with your insurance.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE A TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE PLAN.

CHANGES

Villa changes while you are in the island are not permitted except for a justifiable cause such as loud construction, or a major technical problem in the villa.

All of these changes are made at MY VILLA IN ST BARTH REAL ESTATE discretion.

VILLA OCCUPANCY

The total number of bedrooms rented and persons sleeping in the villa at any one time are restricted to the number of persons and rooms scheduled and paid for, usually based on 2 persons per bedroom.

Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for the excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa without refund.

Exceptions may be made only for infants if sleeping in a baby crib and not occupying one of the villa’s bed.
Any special event, reception, wedding,… must be approved by the owners.

INSURANCE

Travel insurance, homeowners insurance or other policies are available and may cover you for certain misfortunes, unexpected events and delays which might interrupt, delay or cancel your travel plans.

The appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking.

Your signature on the booking form confirms that your are aware such insurance exists and have selected appropriate coverage for this booking.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE A TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE PLAN.

TAX

Since January 2008, a tax of 5% is applicable on lodging and will be collected upon departure from your villa.

The tax applies to amounts received by the institution and requires that administrative costs could be applied to reservations cancelled.
