Nestled on a hillside in the heart of a lush vegetation with palm trees and local shrubs, this spacious four-bedroom vacation home welcomes families and groups of friends wishing to spend an unforgettable stay in St. Barths.
In the mild Caribbean air, the holiday rental villa KAYA was built over two buildings with spacious living areas, a large deck and a sumptuous swimming pool in front of the breathtaking ocean view. Under the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, the living room is comfortably furnished with soft sofas and banquettes in a decor of warm wood and bright parquet. Between the bays opening onto the terrace, the trade winds gently blow and provide a most comfortable atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar is located close to the back terrace outdoor dining area, in the heart of a lovely vegetal decor in the shade of the nice pergola.
At the front of the villa, the terrace welcomes guests around a beautiful and originally shaped swimming pool. Under the covered area, you will enjoy delicious dinners cooked on the barbecue in the second outdoor dining room, in front of the breathtaking view. A comfy hammock and a garden lounge are at your disposal in the shade for relaxing moments in the gentle trade winds. Deckchairs are also available for pleasant sunbathing sessions under the Caribbean sun close to the pool. On the wooden deck, the atmosphere is peaceful, while the waters of St. Barths sparkle in this most enchanting setting.
The vacation rental villa KAYA consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms with king or queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace, making it possible to enjoy the gentle ocean breeze at any time. Two other bedrooms are located in a separate bungalow on the other side of the pool, and the fourth bedroom is on the lower level and opens onto a lovely terrace with table and chairs. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
