Recently and tastefully decorated, this magnificent apartment located above the rooftops of Gustavia combines both luxury and tradition in a very private setting in the heart of the city. From the closed parking lot, you can access the apartment by a private elevator. The living room is furnished with a baroque style sofa in a contemporary decor with original arts by photographer Guy Bourdin. This comfortable indoor space opens onto a large terrace. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen welcomes you for meals and drinks preparation to be sipped on the nice armchairs in a very cozy atmosphere.
At the front, the large wood-floored terrace opens onto the fantastic view over the harbor of Gustavia, in a bright and magical setting. There is a lovely dining room which can accommodate up to eight guests on colorful chairs under the covered area. There are also deckchairs and a pleasant outdoor lounge for sunbathing, reading or talking sessions. In the gentle Caribbean air, the terrace environment is refined, in a décor of cushions, white wood and patinated parquet floor.
This luxurious apartment located in the center of Gustavia welcomes you in three beautiful and spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with two double beds on the second floor, which is accessible by a spiral staircase. On the main level, there is the third room with two queen size beds and opening onto the large terrace. Each has its own luxurious bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the amount of the rent must be paid by the client, within a maximum of 3 working days following the payment request made by the Agency.
The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
