Consisting of one beautiful air-conditioned bedroom, this charming vacation home nestled in the heart of the lush vegetation is ideal for a Caribbean getaway for two.
Comfortable and romantic, the vacation home TI LAMA is composed of two units in a charming and picturesque cottage style. The living room is furnished with two very original hanging armchairs, as well as weathered furniture in shades of blue. A pretty wooden table for two people is set up near the well-equipped kitchen where you’ll enjoy preparing your meals in utmost comfort. The pebbled floor brings a pleasant natural touch to this most charming and cozy indoor space.
On the terrace at the front of the villa, there is a lovely dining table which can accommodate up to four guests under a pergola that lets the Caribbean sun shine through. A comfortable living room furnished with a sofa and armchairs is also located near the outdoor dining area, facing the swimming pool on the wooden deck. Deck chairs are there for delightful relaxation sessions in front of the splendid view over the ocean and the hills. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
