Built over two levels, villa BAKEA was built in a modern architecture and a sleek decor. Under the high vaulted ceilings, the spaces are bright in a refined decor. Furnished with large sofas and coffee tables, the living room is swept by the island’s mild air and opens onto the terrace with pool Through the bay windows, guests can admire the vegetation of St-Barths’ rolling hills. The dining room which can accommodate eight guests is located in the same open space close to the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A few hints of wood create a soothing atmosphere, ideal to enjoy the beauty of villa BAKEA's surroundings.
At the front of the villa, there is a long, heated swimming pool in front of the green hills and the sparkling ocean. Under the covered area, comfy sunbathing areas, tables and chairs create a relaxing environment in the gentle trade winds. An outdoor living room is also set up at the back of the house, with large benches covered with orange cushions, coffee tables and a nice lawn, the perfect and very private place to rest. A barbecue is available in this outdoor space, perfect to cook while enjoying the mild St. Barths’ air. The vacation rental villa BAKEA consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located near the living room and has a private outdoor bath. The other three bedrooms are on the lower level accessible via an outside staircase, one of which features private terrace and garden and the other two have their own private terraces. A petanque ground is also available to BAKEA’s guests.

All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year-Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the amount of the rent must be paid by the client, within a maximum of 3 working days following the payment request made by the Agency.
The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
