The vacation rental CARETTE ESTATE is a complex composed of two villas located on the heights of Lorient, in front of the deep blue ocean and the glowing sunsets. Well equipped with two swimming pools, the two villas SUCRIER and TORTUE accommodate up to six people in three spacious bedrooms, in a dream tropical environment.
Built in a traditional style, the CARETTE ESTATE’s single-story villas offer beautiful spaces and breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean and the neighboring islands. Both welcome guests in comfortable living rooms with sofas and HDTVs in a warm atmosphere with wood and natural materials. You will enjoy cooking in the two well-equipped kitchens, which have breakfast bars that open onto the terraces, a perfect setup to talk over a coffee. The outdoor dining rooms swept by the trade winds are located under the covered terraces, for al fresco dining in the gentle ocean breeze, either together with friends, or in your villa. CARETTE ESTATE consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms in villa SUCRIER are located in separate bungalows for utmost privacy. All are spacious and well-furnished with king size four-poster beds, large storage and dressing spaces as well as armchairs and office areas. The decor is romantic, with light curtains, soft pillows, lovely mirrors and plush objects.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the amount of the rent must be paid by the client, within a maximum of 3 working days following the payment request made by the Agency.
The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
