Located on the heights of Vitet, the sumptuous villa CARMEN welcomes guests in the heart of the island of St-Barths. In a lush tropical vegetation setting with palm and banana trees, this vacation rental is the perfect spot for an unforgettable family stay in the Caribbean.
The indoor and outdoor spaces merge to form a single unit in utmost comfort. Inside, you will enjoy the beautiful living room furnished with white sofas and armchairs covered with purple cushions, under high mansard ceilings which provide a pleasant sense of volume. There is a very nice kitchen with a red breakfast bar, well equipped to cook your meals with all the best appliances. It opens onto a terrace with a gas barbecue at the back of the house.
At the front of the living room, the large covered terrace can be accessed through a large opening. It features an outdoor living room with a glass coffee table and a dining room that can accommodate up to eight guests in a driftwood decor. All is warm and cozy, with some pretty hints bringing both modernity and originality to the set up. On the large wooden deck, there is a beautiful heated hexagonal swimming pool nestled in the lush vegetation of St. Barts. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
