The vacation rental CHEYENNE is a charming property located in Vitet overlooking the ocean and the lagoon of Grand-Cul-de-Sac. Very well equipped and located close to all amenities, this three-bedroom villa with swimming pool is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends in the Caribbean.
Built on one level over two connected buildings, villa CHEYENNE widely opens onto the infinite ocean and the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, nice armchairs and an HD TV in front of a large bay onto the large terrace. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is located next to the living room, and features a lovely indoor dining area with a round table for six guests. Bright and well-appointed, CHEYENNE's indoor space is gently swept by the trade winds that blow through the wide openings, letting in the natural glow shining through the palm trees. The atmosphere is soothing, quiet and restful, in a decor of driftwood and warm fabrics.
At the front, the terrace of villa CHEYENNE is spacious and well equipped with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the deep blue ocean, as well as an outdoor dining area located at one end of the terrace under a charming pergola filtering the island sun. There are loungers in front of the stunningly beautiful ocean view, the perfect place to enjoy the tropical sunshine reading a book or sipping a cocktail. A second outdoor dining room is also available on the side of the villa, for pleasant al fresco dinners in the cool vegetation provided by the palm trees and the garden’s flowering shrubs.

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
