The vacation rental CLEMENTINE consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the lower level, and can be accessed either through the interior backlit staircase, or from the terrace with pool via the exterior staircase. This bedroom opens onto a long terrace with a fine hanging armchair and a pool table. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
