The charming contemporary vacation rental villa CÔTE SAUVAGE is located in the quiet and residential area of Grand Fond. It is one of the most preserved areas of the island, and a wonderful playground for runners and walkers along the waterfront.
This beautiful Caribbean holiday rental home was recently built in a traditional style, with all the comfort and modernity the place deserves. The layout also provides excellent privacy and quiet. In the main central building, there is a large air-conditioned living room with wood tones and acidic hues, in a both contemporary and stylish way. A second living room with an ocean view is on the mezzanine, under a high vaulted and whitewashed ceiling. The well-equipped bright kitchen opens directly onto the dining room. It features a beautiful rectangular table that can accommodate up to six guests. A dining area is adjacent to the kitchen for breakfast or snack at any time.
In the center of the terrace a few steps outside, you’ll be charmed by the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs, a perfect setup for sunbathing sessions under the island’s rays of sun. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
