Villa CUTE is a contemporary property with an airy and natural decor. The strikingly white walls and the soft light fixtures create a peaceful atmosphere in the evening. The living room widely opens both onto the front terrace with a magnificent ocean view, and onto the back of the house where the gray stone wall and palm trees create a fresh and heavenly ambience. Furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, the living room is close to the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and three high stools, decorated with romantic tiles. This cozy space opens onto the outside, unless you prefer to close off and air-condition it.
At the front of villa CUTE, you will discover a magnificent terrace with a heated swimming pool above the breathtaking ocean view. Lounge chairs with cushions are around the pool for pleasant sunbathing or reading in front of the panorama. Under the covered part of the terrace, there is a cozy living room with a soft sofa and an outdoor dining room for six guests for al fresco dinners. All around the villa, the lush vegetation creates an idyllic scenery in front of the ocean. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
