Built over two levels, LA PETITE SEREINE is a most finely decorated contemporary style villa. The air-conditioned living room is composed of a large lounge with a gray and beige sofa, and is extended by a second lounge open onto the terrace furnished with wide, striking white sofas. The dining room which can accommodate ten guests is also located in this bright space with a splendid view over the infinity pool and the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and cocktails or to call upon a private chef for any event. A terrace with an outdoor kitchen is also available at the back of the villa, on the hillside.
The terrace offers a fabulous view over the ocean and St. Barths’ nature. On the main level, the infinity swimming pool looks like the deep blue Caribbean waters, which you will love watching from the deckchairs around the pool. This is the perfect place to admire the sunsets as the sky glows with golden lights. A second swimming pool is located on the lower level in front of two of the villa's five bedrooms, which can be accessed via an exterior staircase. Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
