Its chic decor creates a soothing atmosphere, with a living room consisting of an air-conditioned lounge furnished with sofas and armchairs covered with gray and green cushions. The dining room gently blown by the mild tropical breeze welcomes twelve guests in a luxurious atmosphere. A second very private lounge is located near the main room for pleasant movie nights watching the large HDTV. The heated infinity swimming pool welcomes guests near the comfy sunbeds protected by umbrellas in front of Chevreau Island. At the front of the villa, you’ll find a charming pergola with an outdoor lounge perfect to sip an evening cocktail or read in the tropical breeze. On the hillside, a second terrace is located at the back of the villa, open onto the living room and furnished with a lounge with benches and cushions, for delightful moments in the fresh and cool vegetal decor.
Villa LES ROCHES consists of five air-conditioned bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, furnished with king size beds and open on the terrace. The views over the ocean and hills create an exotic atmosphere in the romantic decor made of bright curtains, cozy cushions and pillows, and charming baroque frames. The five bedrooms are spread over two levels, with three bedrooms on the main level, two of which are in a separate bungalow. The other two ones are located on the lower level accessible via a staircase, close to the air-conditioned fitness room with ocean view.

All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year-Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the amount of the rent must be paid by the client, within a maximum of 3 working days following the payment request made by the Agency.
The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
