MAURESQUE ESTATE is a complex of two luxurious villas located on the heights of Corossol, with panoramic views over the ocean and the glowing sunsets. It consists of the four-bedroom vacation rental villa MAURESQUE and the one-bedroom vacation rental villa SHEHERAZADE, a majestic setting for your next vacation in St. Barths with family or friends.
MAURESQUE ESTATE welcomes groups of friends and families in an idyllic and fabulous atmosphere in a most refined decor. Both villas have fully air-conditioned living rooms furnished with soft sofas, armchairs and coffee tables, a perfect setup to spend relaxing and serene moments in front of the stunning ocean view that guests can admire from every room of the estate. The two kitchens are well-equipped to cook meals and prepare drinks to be enjoyed either in the dining rooms swept by the gentle trade winds, or on the spacious terraces.
Nestled above Corossol, MAURESQUE ESTATE offers a panoramic view over the ocean as yachts sail out of Gustavia’s harbor. Guests can enjoy the sunny terraces and the two infinity swimming pools seeming to dive into the deep blue ocean. One of them features a lovely alcove for very private moments. There are also comfortable outdoor lounges on the decks, shaded by umbrellas and mature trees in the tropical garden. What’s more, in the evening, you will marvel at the glowing beauty of the sunsets, as the oriental lights shine on the terraces in a dream scenery.
MAURESQUE ESTATE welcomes groups of friends and families up to ten people in ultimate luxury in five air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms, spread over the two properties. Four of them are in the vacation rental villa MAURESQUE and are furnished with king size beds, except one of them with twin beds, and open onto breathtaking ocean views. The fifth room is located in the vacation rental villa SHEHERAZADE, in a private space hidden behind beautiful curtains, for utmost privacy and a delightful well-being feeling.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

For each confirmed booking, a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the amount of the rent must be paid by the client, within a maximum of 3 working days following the payment request made by the Agency.
The balance of the rent must be paid no later than 2 months before the arrival date.
