Located on the upper level of a building in the heart of Gustavia, the rental apartment TOWN HOUSE is ideally close to the shops and restaurants. It is accessible through an outside staircase and was built with a beautiful mansard-roofed architecture. The living room of this luxurious apartment is comfortably furnished with a sofa covered with soft cushions in front of a flat screen TV. The mansard ceiling provides a charming touch of authenticity to the architecture with many volumes. The kitchen is well equipped for the preparation of meals and drinks, and has a spacious dining area which can accommodate up to seven guests. All is bright and very cozy, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the gentle island air blowing through the openings.
The vacation apartment TOWN HOUSE features two lovely terraces. One of them is located on the harbor side and opens onto a beautiful view over the harbor and the boats coming and going. This great show takes place every day until the evening when the lights of the city start to create a truly wonderful atmosphere. It is furnished with an outdoor dining area for al fresco dinners, as well as lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. The second terrace is at the back, and features a large tiled whirlpool where you can relax and enjoy the quiet above the city and its many activities.

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
